SARAH HARVEY

Sarah Harvey has been a dedicated criminal defence lawyer for over 15 years, fighting relentlessly for her clients’ rights and freedom at every stage of the criminal justice process. After earning her LL.B. from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law in 2010, she was called to the Manitoba Bar Association in 2011 and the Ontario Bar Association in 2014. Before entering private practice, Sarah worked as a Crown Attorney, prosecuting a wide range of criminal matters. Her background as a former prosecutor provides her with valuable insight into how cases are built and presented, an advantage she now leverages to vigorously defend her clients with precision and foresight.

Sarah has earned a strong reputation throughout the region for her commitment to justice and exceptional trial advocacy. She has represented clients facing serious and complex charges under the Criminal Code, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Her extensive courtroom experience includes both jury and non-jury trials in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
